Villa Garda III in Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O, developed by MTR Corporation, Sino Land, K Wah International, and China Merchants Land, unveiled its show flats and clubhouse for the first time on August 21, 2025. The developers announced that the remaining units are expected to see a price increase of 2% to 3% soon.
One of the show flats, a two-bedroom unit located on the 41st floor of Tower 2B, offers a cozy and welcoming design with a warm wooden tone throughout. The flat spans 461 square feet of usable area, faces south, and enjoys garden views. The layout is practical, with a rectangular living and dining area. Another show flat, a one-bedroom unit on the 38th floor of Tower 3A, adopts a modern design style with deep brown and wooden accents. The flat has a usable area of 340 square feet and includes a thoughtfully designed foyer with a shoe cabinet for convenience. The long living-dining area is fitted with a two-seater sofa and a wooden TV cabinet, while the open kitchen features an L-shaped counter with white cabinets and sufficient storage. The bedroom is designed as a suite, with a marble-finished bathroom on the left and a spacious sleeping area featuring a wooden bed and a deep wardrobe for storage.
