Wing Tai Properties and Vanke Hong Kong announced the launch of their Sha Tin residential project, Uni Residence, unveiling the first price list of 50 units on 19 May. The units feature one- and two-bedroom layouts. The discounted average price per square foot for the first batch is approximately HK$15,481, with prices starting at HK$4.099 million and a minimum discounted price per square foot of HK$13,882.
Notably, all one-bedroom units in this batch are priced below HK$5 million. The project will begin accepting purchase registrations today, with show flats available for viewing and sales expected to commence later this month.
The first batch consists of 50 units, including 40 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 291 to 394 square feet. The listed prices range from HK$5.124 million to HK$8.725 million, with a maximum discount of 20%, bringing the effective prices down to HK$4.099 million to HK$6.98 million.
The discounted price per square foot ranges from HK$13,882 to HK$17,716. The cheapest unit is Flat D, located on the 3rd floor with a usable area of 293 square feet and a discounted price of HK$4.099 million (HK$13,990 per square foot).
