Lake Silver (formerly known as Lake W)[1] is a private housing estate jointly developed by the MTR Corporation and Sino Land. It is located above Wu Kai Sha Station in Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District, Hong Kong. It is the first above-ground project launched by KCRC since the Sun Kau Chiu Project. The development rights were granted in June 2005[2]. The project was subsequently sold to MTR Corporation in 2007 following the merger of the two railways and was completed in November 2009.
