It is a residential redevelop project in Tsuen Wan, and also is the connected project of Tsuen Wan seven streets reconstruction project. Location is between the Nina Tower, Yeung Uk Road of New Territories Tsuen Wan and sports ground of Former tsuen wan. It towards to the Yeung Uk Road market and developed by SNLAY and Downtown redevelopment agency. This project compose by two 45 floors high residential properities and three base floor shopping mall include totaly 256 residential units. The material and design refer to West Kowloon One Silver Sea. Besides, every unit of the project joined with terrace and have sea view. The Dynasty even supply 10 special units include 2 swimming pool top floor penthouse, 2 hanging garden units and 6 platform gardenunits. The project has 86,000 square feet club include more than 2,000 sauqre feet banquet hall with the base is 200,000 square feet shopping mall. It temporary named 'Citywalk Phase II' and set platform bridge to connect with 'Citywalk Phase I'
