The 80 units comprise six three-bedroom units and 74 two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 448 to 778 square feet. Listed prices range from HK$10.9 million to HK$26.4 million, with a maximum discount of 20%. After the discount, prices range from HK$8.72 million to HK$21.1 million, while the discounted price per square foot varies between HK$19,464 and HK$27,144. Among these, twenty-five units are priced below HK$10 million, and seven units have a discounted price per square foot of less than HK$20,000.
The cheapest two-bedroom unit with an open kitchen is located on the 6th floor of Tower 2, offering a usable area of 448 square feet. After applying the 20% discount, the unit is priced at HK$8.72 million, with a price per square foot of HK$19,464. Another two-bedroom unit with a study, located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, has a usable area of 586 square feet and is priced at HK$12.38 million after discounts, with a price per square foot of HK$21,125. The lowest-priced three-bedroom unit, located on the 15th floor of Tower 2, offers 759 square feet of usable area and is priced at HK$19.99 million after discounts, with a price per square foot of HK$26,347.
