世紀21富山 - 劉倩彤董事表示，本行剛促成竹園北邨13座(桐園樓)高層8室，單位實用面積為485平方呎，兩房兩廳主要望東面內園景單位，新近獲白居二買家以$260萬(居二市場價)承接，未補地價的實用面積呎價為5,360。

據了解單位業主放盤僅僅十日，原叫價為$288萬，最終減價$28萬至$260萬成交，減幅約逾一成。原業主於2000年以$26萬(未補地價)購入至今，持貨26年帳面大幅獲利$234萬，期間市值勁升9倍。
