麥當勞1.19億沽銅鑼灣地舖近半年累沽6舖袋4.9億

連鎖快餐店麥當勞再售出舖位，最新以約1.19億元沽出銅鑼灣怡和街巨舖，呎價約11,558元。麥當勞近半年連沽6舖位，共套現約4.9億元。

上述舖位為銅鑼灣怡和街46至54號麥當勞大廈1樓全層連地下入口，2樓全層及5樓A、B、C平台，建築面積約10,270方呎，呎價約11,558元。該舖位現時以月租約59.7萬元租予麥當勞，新買家可享約6厘回報。

麥當勞於去年7月底推出8項舖位招標，至今已售6個舖，是次為成交價最高的商舖，而早前沽出的舖位，包括元朗、西環、旺角及慈雲山，合共套現約4.9億元。
