世紀21奇豐物業 - 莊瑞生經理表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山雲海成交，單位為榕海臺2座中層B室，實用面積388平方呎，配置為1房間隔，座向東南望樓景。單位放盤半年，原叫價$650萬，經過累減$130萬至$520萬成交，減幅達20%，實用面積呎價$13,402，上述成交價屬該屋苑新低。

據了解，原業主於2018年1月以$759萬購入上址，持貨7年至今轉售，賬面蝕$239萬離場，單位期內下跌31%。
