世紀21奇豐-趙詠欣經理表示,新近錄得馬鞍山迎海25座中層A室,實用面積1,390呎,屬4房連雙套房及工人套房間隔,單位放盤9個月,原叫價$2,280萬,減$180萬$至2,100萬連車位承接,實用面積平均呎價$15,108。

據了解,原業主於2018年1月以$2,514萬購入上址,持貨7年至今易手,賬面虧蝕$414萬,單位期內跌幅16%。
