世紀21奇豐-趙詠欣經理表示，最新市場成交為馬鞍山迎海﹒駿岸6座高層E室，實用面積497平方呎，2房間隔，座向東北望園景，放盤3個月，原叫價$750萬，累減$72萬至$678萬獲買家承接，減幅約10%，實用面積平均呎價$13,642。

據了解，原業主於2016年7月購入上述單位，當時作價$780萬，持貨9年至今沽售，賬面損失$102萬離場，單位期內跌價13%
