香港置業 - 曾金強董事表示，暑假租務旺季來臨，區內上月錄得31宗租務成交，珀麗灣租盤盤源進一步收窄。該行日前促成一宗珀麗灣租務成交，為外區客以$2.2萬承租中層3房單位，業主享回報約8.3厘。

上述租出單位為珀麗灣5期30座高層D室，實用面積約648平方呎，屬3房間隔，向西望開揚海景。曾金強稱，業主以$2.2萬放租，即獲外區租客洽詢，零議價承租，實用呎租約$34。據悉，新租客為外區退休人士，十分喜歡珀麗灣生活環境，首次參觀單位後，認為單位寬敞實用、內籠企理且景觀開揚，隨即拍板承租。

資料顯示，業主於2007年10月以約$320萬購入上述單位，若以現時租金計算，業主可享回報約8.3厘。
