香港仔金豐大廈以$480萬獲承接 單位期內升值1.7倍

世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示,該行新近促成香港仔金豐大廈成交,單位為低層C室,實用面積450平方呎,屬2房間隔,座向東面,望開揚景觀,原開價$550萬,獲區內上車客洽購,累減$70萬,成功以$480萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$10,667。

尹美嫦指出,原業主於2009年8月購入上址,當時作價$180萬,持貨近16年至今沽售,賬面獲利$300萬,單位期內升值1.7倍。
