香港仔金豐大廈以$480萬獲承接單位期內升值1.7倍

世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔金豐大廈成交，單位為低層C室，實用面積450平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向東面，望開揚景觀，原開價$550萬，獲區內上車客洽購，累減$70萬，成功以$480萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$10,667。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於2009年8月購入上址，當時作價$180萬，持貨近16年至今沽售，賬面獲利$300萬，單位期內升值1.7倍。
