香港仔景惠花園3房累減$40萬至$510萬沽

世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔景惠花園成交，單位為2座中層E室，實用面積478平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向南面，享開揚景，原叫價$550萬，獲區內換樓客洽購，累減$40萬，成交價$510萬，實用面積平均呎價$10,669。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於1989年4月購入上址，當時作價$71.7萬，持貨36年至今沽售，賬面獲利$438.8萬，單位期內升值6倍。
