香港仔中心累減$110萬至以$980萬承接

世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔中心觀景閣(U座) 中層02室，實用面積721平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向東南，享開揚全海景，原開價$1,090萬，獲區內換樓客洽購，累減$110萬，成功以$980萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,592。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於2010年8月購入上址，當時作價$580萬，持貨15年至今沽售，賬面獲利$400萬，單位期內升值69%。
