開業33年｜海皇粥店突然宣布結業全盛期擁逾30間分店現剩7間

開業33年的海皇粥店突然宣布結業，其母公司海皇國際有限公司於周三晚（7日）宣布，由於經營環境及財務狀況惡化，決定終止所有業務並關閉所有分店及辦公室，將會啟動債權人自願清盤程序。

海皇粥店在高峰期時曾擁有超過30間分店，近年店鋪數量持續減少，在過去八個月內已有五間分店結業，目前僅剩下七間分店。

根據集團的社交媒體顯示，對上一間開業的分店為尖沙咀樂道分店，於2023年7月開幕；沙田好運中心店則於同年5月開始營運。

海皇國際已向所有員工發出終止僱傭合約的通知，由5月7日起解除所有僱傭關係，將儘快告知員工關於未發放工資、代通知金、累積年假、遣散費等相關安排。員工亦可依法就其權利向公司提出索償。
