長沙灣連方II開放式$1.45萬租出業主享回報約3.4厘

香港置業-樊超明董事表示示，租出單位為長沙灣連方II低層S7室，實用面積約213平方呎，屬開放式間隔，向南。樊超明稱，業主以$1.48萬放約1個月後吸引外區客洽詢，經議價後決定以$1.45萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$68.1。據悉，慈父特意承租該單位供兒子居住，並心儀單位交通便利，而且整潔，故睇樓1次後即決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2024年11月以約$517萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約3.4厘。
