世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢飛鵝花園B段單號屋成交，物業實用面積2,496平方呎，採6房(2套)連工人房間隔，享開揚市景。單位原放盤叫價$5,500萬，最終減至$4,100萬易手，減幅達25.4%，折合實用呎價約$16,426，較市價低約20%。

據悉，該物業因被財務公司接管，且涉及屋內及花園僭建問題，須進行拆除工程，影響成交價。資料顯示，原業主於2014年3月以約$6,200萬購入，持貨12年至今轉售，帳面蝕讓$2,100萬，期內貶值約34%。
