西貢西徑村單號屋$1,280萬成交低市價1成

世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢西沙路西徑村單號屋成交，建築面積2,100平方呎，4房連套房間隔，享山景，連天台約700平方呎，叫價$1,470萬，累減$190萬至以$1,280萬成交，建築面積平均呎價$6,095，屬低市價1成。

世紀21奇豐廖振雄指出，原業主於2009年6月以$830萬購入上址，持貨13年多至今沽售，賬面獲利$450萬，單位期內升值54%。
