世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢綠怡花園第18座低層成交，實用面積1,008平方呎，2房套2廳間隔，望內園池景，連花園約570平方呎，原叫價$1,650萬，減$78萬至$1,572萬連兩個車位沽，實用面積呎價$15,595，屬市價成交。

據了解，原業主於2009年10月以$900萬購入上址，持貨近13年至今沽售，賬面獲利$672萬，物業期內升值75%。
