世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢溱喬單號屋別墅成交，實用面積1,232平方呎，建築面積1,908平方呎，3房連套房及工人房間隔，望山景，連花園約582平方呎，終以$1,700萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$13,799，屬低市價5%。

據了解，原業主於2014年5月購入上址，當時作價$2,280萬，持貨11年至今將物業轉售，賬面虧蝕$580萬，單位跌25%。
