西貢清水灣傲瀧頂層戶獲買家以$2,080萬連車位承接

世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示,新近錄得西貢清水灣傲瀧第2座頂層戶,實用面積1,482平方呎,屬4房連套房及工人房套房間隔,望山景,單位叫價$2,200萬,終獲買家以$2,080萬連車位承接,累減$120萬,減幅5.5%,實用面積平均呎價$14,035,屬低市6%。

廖振雄指出,原業主於2018年12月以3,082萬元購入上址及以$200萬購入車位,持貨7年至今沽售,賬面勁蝕$1,202萬,單位期內跌價約37%。
