西貢檳榔灣單號全幢村屋成交價$1,020萬單位期內大幅跌價28%

世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢清水灣道檳榔灣單號的全幢村屋，物業建築面積1,305平方呎，3房連套房間隔，並連有約435平方呎天台，望翠綠山景。單位原叫價$1,130萬，減幅$110萬，終以$1,020萬成交，建築面積平均呎價$7,816。

據了解，原業主於2018年9月購入上址，當時作價$1,410萬，持貨7年至今沽售，賬面損失$390萬離場，單位期內大幅跌價28%。
