世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示,新近錄得西貢傲瀧第9座高層D室,實用面積1,173平方呎,屬3房連套房及工人房套間隔,望內園景,單位叫價$1,780萬,終獲買家以$1,675萬連車位承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,280,屬市價水平。

廖振雄指出,原業主於2018年2月以$2,241萬購入上址及車位,持貨7年至今沽售,賬面勁蝕$566萬,單位期內跌價約25%。
