西半山景雅花園$1,368萬成交期內升值約18%

美聯物業西半山威勝分行助理區域經理黎啟康表示，該行剛促成西半山景雅花園高層A室單位，實用面積約為712平方呎，建築面積約880呎，2房連套房間隔，原叫價$1,480萬，議價後以意頭價$1,368萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$19,213，建築面積平均呎價$15,545。

據悉，原業主於2017年4月份以約$1,160萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$208萬，物業升值約18%。
