華潤隆地積極進軍本港商舖市場,傳10億洽購旺角MPM五成業權

有本地傳媒引述市場消息指,華潤隆地積極進軍本港商舖市場,洽購旺角MPM商場一半業權,涉及約10億元。

該商場位處朗豪坊對面,鄰近港鐵旺角站E1出口,人流極為暢旺。商場樓高6層,涉及多個舖位,目前由日式超市、快餐店、化粧品店等租用,尚有部分舖位交吉,現時商場每月租金收入約700萬元。

翻查資料,旺角MPM商場前身為新文華戲院,2005年由資深舖位投資者黎永滔夥拍大鴻輝以3.98億元購入,及後改造成為MPM商場。

消息指,華潤隆地近期四處出擊向多個大型發展商洽購項目,包括開價90億向新世界洽購尖沙咀K11 Art Mall,及向太古地產洽購太古城中心以東的一批舖位。

華潤隆地為華潤(集團)旗下業務單元之一,早前連環收購葵芳KF88葵芳匯約2.2萬方呎的基座4層商場,及將軍澳唐賢街29號藍塘傲零售基座連公共停車場,分別作價3.1億及5.4億元。
