荃灣愉景新城5座高層3房套上車客還價後以$785萬承接

美聯物業 - 鍾家豪經理表示，新盤帶動入市氣氛，區內二手交投回升。普遍買家鍾情愉景新城較其他屋苑低水，本月愉景新城暫錄14宗交投，過去週末更連環成交3宗，較上月同期急增4成，屬本月荃灣區成交量最多屋苑。

鍾家豪指出，剛成交單位為愉景新城5座高層F室，實用面積648平方呎，採三房套設計。單位放盤約一個月，最初開價$820萬，同區上車客鍾情單位景觀開揚，故睇樓後即與業主還價，最終以$785萬承接單位，實用呎價約$12114。

資料顯示，原業主於1998年以$571.2萬於一手買入自住至今，持貨28年，帳面獲利約$213.8萬。
