美聯物業-何振榮經理表示，成交單位為荃灣廣場1座中層D單位，實用面積433平方呎，屬2房設計，向東北望開揚景。據悉，單位以$650萬放盤，獲區內家庭客議價後以$520萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$12,009。新買家心儀單位位於港鐵站沿線，單位位於商場上蓋，間隔實用，故睇樓後即時承接單位。

原業主2002年以$118萬購入單位，持貨23年，帳面獲利$402萬或升值約3.4倍。
