英皇One Jardine's Lookout售罄最後1伙老闆親自標尾會楊受成「雙新高」價買4房贈太太

英皇國際旗下跑馬地One Jardine’s Lookout昨日沽出最後1伙，買家為集團主席楊受成，以3,290萬買入一個4房戶，呎價高達2.8萬元，較全個項目平均呎價19,847高出41%，創下標準戶呎價及成交價「雙新高」，項目共123 個單位悉數沽清。

成交單位為 27 樓 C 室，面積 1,175 平方呎，4 房雙套大宅，楊受成表示購入單位後，將送贈太太作長綫投資用途；此外，英皇國際副主席楊政龍表示，整個項目套現逾10.3億元。
