舖市久旱逢甘露短炒速賺830萬！灣仔進教圍巨舖4,010萬沽年多前向教會3,180萬買入

商舖市道近年交投偏淡，短線炒賣獲利個案更不多見。資料顯示，灣仔進教圍13至15號愛寶大廈地下入口至2樓一個舖位，面積約6,000平方呎，新近以4,010萬元易手，屬近期較罕見的商舖短炒獲利成交。

據了解，上述物業過往由教會持有。市場消息指，資深投資者馮國保或有關人士於2024年11月以3,180萬元向教會購入該舖位，其後持貨僅約1年便轉手沽出，帳面獲利約830萬元，升值約26%。市場人士指出，在近月商舖市場氣氛仍審慎下，該成交屬少數短線轉手仍可錄得明顯利潤的個案。
