紅磡海韻軒加推30套房出租

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）隨着本港與內地及海外全面通關，訪港旅客及商務活動增加，對酒店需求回升。長江實業旗下 Horizon Hotels & Suites營運的紅磡海韻軒早前推出70個「一口價」月租套房，在一個月內全數租出，該酒店昨日宣布推出最後30個指定套房，客人租住6個月或以上，並於7、8月入住，便可以「一口價」18,000元月租，租住600方呎起的兩房兩廳套房。

長實地產投資董事劉啓文表示，酒店於過去一個月內的入住率以至查詢數目亦比上月有顯著的上升，不少是商務來港的人士，相信今批指定套房反應會持續熱烈。
