白石角逸瓏灣8座底層3房戶下調叫價至$980萬成交

美聯物業沙田豪宅 - 新九肚山分行營業經理張銘新表示，為求加快放售流程，部分放盤業主擴闊議價空間，該行最新錄得白石角逸瓏灣8實呎795戶$950萬易手，較最初叫價累減$480萬，是次轉手帳面蝕$316.9萬。

張銘新表示，成交單位為白石角逸瓏灣8座底層C單位，實用面積約795平方呎，屬3房套連工人套設計。據悉，單位早於4月以$1,430萬放售，及後下調叫價至$980萬，終獲鍾情該區環境幽靜，認為白石角發展潛力豐厚的買家洽購，議價後以$950萬易手，實用呎價約$11,950。

資料顯示，原業主於2020年以$1,266.9萬購入單位。
