父親資助｜職場新鮮人258萬「白居二」價買富景花園一個原因低市價一成

隨著農曆新年長假期結束，買家加快入市步伐，小西灣居屋富景花園以258萬元的「白居二」價格售出，較市場價低約1成。

中原地產分行副分區營業經理冼子明透露，上述單位為富景花園10座低層F室，實用面積為484平方呎，2房間隔望商場景原業主最初叫價280萬元未補地價放售。

新買家是一位剛步入職場的年輕人，最近在「白居二」計劃中成功中籤。睇樓後，鍾情單位寬敞面積和實開則用。在父親的資助下，議價後以258萬元承接位，折合呎價5,331元。代理指，由於單位位於最低層，故成交價該低於市價一成。

原業主於1998年以113.8萬元購入單位，持貨26年，帳面獲利達144.2萬元，升值約1.3倍。
