火炭穗禾苑2房減$38萬至$302萬獲買家承接

世紀21陽光物業董事陳世民表示，該行新近錄得火炭穗禾苑豐裕閣(A座) 中層04室，實用面積411平方呎，2房連露台間隔，座向東北，望開揚河景，屬區內一線景觀。單位於8月放盤，叫價$340萬，減$38萬至$302萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$7,348。

陳世民續指，原業主於1987年8月以$37萬上址，持貨36年至今沽出，賬面獲利$265萬離場，單位期內升值近7.2倍。
