火炭御龍山9座高層4房戶議價後以$46,000租出

中原地產 - 陳韻兒董事表示，近期整體租賃市場持續向好，火炭銀禧花園御龍山最新錄一宗租賃成交，單位為9座高層B室，單位建築面積1817平方呎，實用面積1411平方呎，4房連雙套房及工人套房間隔，望馬場景，開價約$50000，議價後以$46000租出，平均實用呎租約$32.6。

陳韻兒表示，新租客為一組區內家庭客，見屋苑位置方便，單位租金合理，少有放盤，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2011年以$2398萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享2.3厘租金回報。
