湯文亮又沽貨｜紀惠售灣仔3合1萬呎巨舖賺3200萬宗教團體1.1億接手自用

紀惠集團再次沽售物業，灣仔凱利商業大廈地下、1樓及2樓的舖位，建築面積達21,702平方呎，以1.1億元售出，呎價約5,000元，買家為宗教團體。

該舖位位於摩利臣山道70至74號，曾經租予燈飾店，現已交吉。紀惠集團於2004年以約7,800萬元購入此舖位作長線收租之用，先前曾以1.6億元放售，終於減價三成，以1.1億元成交，持貨21年，賺約3,200萬元。

近期紀惠集團頻頻於市場沽貨，成功出售的物業包括金鐘遠東金融中心全層、灣仔新銀集團中心出售全層，以及南區舂磡角道68至70號豪宅。

消息透露，凱利商業大廈舖位的買家是一宗教團體，考慮到該舖位的大樓面以及三面單邊的優勢，再加上位於灣仔市區的地理位置，預計將作為自用。
