浸會醫院連沽九龍塘百樂園兩伙持貨29年勁賺1,025萬

樓市轉旺，不少投資者趁機沽貨。浸會醫院3個月內連沽九龍塘廣播道百樂園2伙單位，合共賬賺1,025萬元。

其中一伙單位為百樂園B座高層B1室，實用面積約775平方呎，屬3房間隔，新近以928萬元易手，呎價11,974元。原業主為浸會醫院，早於1996年以398萬元購入，持貨29年，賬面獲利530萬元，期內升值1.3倍。

另一伙單位為百樂園A座高層A2室，實用面積760平方呎，浸會醫院今年8月以910萬元沽出，持貨29年賬面獲利495萬元離場。換言之，浸會醫院3個月內沽出2個單位，賬面共獲利1,025萬元。

浸會醫院近年頻大手入市工商舖市場，去年6月斥3,600萬增持九龍塘建新中心4個相連舖位，去年1月以1.37億元購入觀塘偉業街105號活化工廈全幢，呎價約6,595元。
