沙田東寧大廈低層2房戶反價後以$398萬成交

中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，政府公布財案全撤辣後，買家入市信心大為提升，沙田及大圍區3月暫錄約34宗成交，沙田中心佔約2宗成交，屋苑最新錄東寧大廈(A座)低層C室，單位實用面積310平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$395萬，其後反價至$418萬，日前議價後以$398萬易手，實用面積呎價$12,839。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位位置方便，怕遲買會貴，即把握機會入市單位自住。原業主則於2009年以$130萬購入單位，持貨14年，現轉手賬面獲利約$268萬離場，單位升值約206%。
