沙田愉翠苑減價$60萬至居二市場價$630萬成交

世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近錄得沙田愉翠苑愉滿閣(C座) 高層02室，實用面積650平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向東南望園景，單位原叫價$690萬，放盤2個月，最終減價$60萬至$630萬(居二市場價) 成交，實用面積平均呎價$9,692。

據了解，原業主於2002年10月以$158.6萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨近22年至今將單位沽售，賬面大幅獲利$471.4萬，單位期內大幅升值約3倍。
