中原地產-伍錦基經理表示,日前促為沙田廣場D座高層03室,單位實用面積612平方呎,建築面積774平方呎,3房間隔,座向東南,望山景,叫價約$900萬,議價後以$810萬易手,實用面積平均呎價$13,235。

據了解,原業主則於1996年以$330萬購入單位,持貨29年,現轉手賬面上獲利$480萬離場,單位期內升值約145%。
