美聯物業沙田豪宅市中心分行 (2) 首席高級營業經理鍾志聰表示，該行新近促成沙田希爾頓中心C座低層7室，實用面積412平方呎，建築面積670平方呎，2房間隔，成交價$618萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$15,000，建築面積平均呎價約$9,224。

據了解，原業主於2010年9月以$253萬購入單位，持貨約12年，帳面升值$365萬，期內物業升值逾1.4倍。
