世紀21奇豐-袁麗詩經理表示，該行新近促成沙田富豪花園成交，單位為明麗閣(D座) 低層D室，實用面積725平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向東南望山景，放盤1個月，原叫價$660萬，減幅8.9%，減$58.5萬至$601.5萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$8,297。

據了解，原業主於2000年9月購入上址，當時作價$226萬，持貨逾24年至今沽售，賬面獲利$375.5萬，單位期內升值1.6倍。
