母親節樓市獻禮：新盤推出特別優惠吸引買家入市

隨著母親節的到來，多家地產發展商推出了特別優惠，以吸引買家購買新盤單位。其中，會德豐地產於啟德的DOUBLE COAST I及與港鐵合作的將軍澳日出康城第12C期GRAND SEASONS，均提供誘人的購物禮券優惠。

自即日起至5月18日，透過美聯物業購入DOUBLE COAST I的首5名買家，將可獲贈價值約1.8萬元的家電禮券，涵蓋的優惠總值達9萬元。同期間，首5名透過香港置業購入GRAND SEASONS的買家，亦將獲得價值約1萬元的旅遊禮券，優惠總值約5萬元。

此外，恒隆地產旗下的九龍灣皓日，亦於本周末（10日至11日）舉辦母親節慶祝活動。準買家若攜帶母親到皓日售樓處參觀指定現樓示範單位，將可獲贈精美的母親節禮物。

總計，地產代理為7個新盤的買家提供的母親節置業優惠名額達45個，整體優惠的價值高達53萬元。這些優惠旨在鼓勵更多家庭在這個特殊的節日考慮進入樓市，以實現居住夢想。
