樂富唐樓聯合大樓新近以$153.8萬成交實用呎價$7,576

世紀21富山-劉倩彤董事表示，促成另一宗位處樂富聯合道的舊式唐樓聯合大樓成交，剛成交為低層G室，單位實用面積為203平方呎，開放式設計向南望內園景單位，新近以$153.8萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$7,576。業主於4個月前才以$200萬放售，最終減價$46.2萬成交，減幅約23%成功售出單位。

原業主於2019年以$170萬購入至今，持貨6年帳面蝕讓$16.2萬，期間跌價約10%。
