業主退休套現天水圍70呎劏舖大劈84% 開價35萬租金回報達15厘

天水圍有小業主擬退休套現，以低價放售旗下迷你舖，並交由忠誠拍賣行公開拍賣。該舖建築面積約70平方呎，開價35萬元，較2014年以223萬元買入價低出約84%，若按開價成交，折合呎價約5,000元。

上述舖位位於嘉湖新北江商場平台55號舖，面積僅約70平方呎。消息指，業主年事漸長，擬退休不再打理物業，故決定放售套現。單位現時連租約放售，現租客為畫室，每月租金4,300元，租約期至明年10月31日。以開價計，新買家帳面可享約15厘租金回報。
