美聯物業-胡國輝經理表示，成交單位為東涌東堤灣畔1座低層A室，實用面積544平方呎，採2房梗廚客飯廳設計。據悉，單位過往用作收租用途，於5月中才交吉以$600萬放售，期間業主因應市場其他買家還價下調叫價至$580萬，而今次買家為首置客，再議價$10萬後，以$570萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$10,478。

資料顯示，業主於2008年以$207萬購入單位，持貨17年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$363萬。
