日出康城晉海中層2房$1.7萬租出業主可享回報率約達3.3厘

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，日前促成日出康城晉海2A座中層E室，單位實用面積495平方呎， 2房開則單位企理裝修望內園景。據報，業主上月放盤叫價$1.85萬，至近日以$1.7萬租出，累計減租$1,500，減幅為8.1%，實用面積平均呎租達$34.3。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2017年10月以約$619.1萬購買入物業至今，現在以月租$1.7萬計算，回報率約達3.3厘。
