搵食艱難｜多間連鎖食肆連環結業鰂魚涌商業區變美食沙漠？

鰂魚涌模範里一帶寫字樓林立，鄰近的上班族通常會在早餐及午餐時段到昌利大廈和AIA友邦香港大廈的地舖食肆「搵食」，不過近日這些食店因不同原因連環結業，導致打工仔「冇啖好食」！

位於七姊妹道195-199號的昌利大廈，地舖的兩間食肆——美資連鎖快餐店Subway及連鎖式包點店—包點潮人近日相繼結業或搬遷。Subway由於租約期滿，已於本月17日終止營業；而開業包點潮人，則將於月底遷往同一條街的中原大廈地舖繼續營業。

早前同大廈的新鳳凰餅店因業主未有跟地政總署支付豁免書費用容許將地廠作為商舖途而無奈結業，有指包點潮人可能亦因同一原因需撤離。

此外，昌利大廈對面的AIA友邦香港大樓即將展開重建工程，位於大廈地舖位置PIZZA HUT、PRET A MANGER、美心MX、星巴克和7-Eleven等連鎖店亦已遷出，使得模範里一帶餐飲選擇大幅減少，形成了一片「美食沙漠」。
