這批單位均為一房戶型，單位實用面積均為305平方呎。成交價格介乎583.7萬至596萬元，成交呎價則介乎19,138元至19,541元之間。據了解，該投資客看好利率持續下調及啟德跑道區的發展成熟度，並認為維港‧雙鑽項目具有相當的投資潛力，因此決定重金投資，作為長期投資之選。
