祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示,成交單位為屯門麗寶大廈低層E室,實用面積238平方呎,租客為內地優才,考慮到不是經常留在香港,但有需要收取信件之類,因此單位內籠大細並非優先,配套及租金才是優先考慮的因素,加上業主有$500的議價空間,單位最終以$8,500獲「即睇即租」,實用面積平均呎租$35.7。

袁氏續稱,如以該屋苑同類型單位銀行估價約$223萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達4.6厘。
