祥益地產區域董事邱家邦表示，成交單位為屯門邁亞美海灣5座中層D室，實用面積489平方呎，2房，日前獲區內客垂青。據悉，買家前後睇了逾20個樓盤，對邁亞美海灣的c景一見傾心，故指定要物色同類型單位。買家鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁全海景觀，屬優質戶，加上早前曾參觀上述單位，可惜價格超出預算，後來原業主隨著市況調整價格，買家為免錯過是次心水單位，遂向業主洽購，最終成功以$436萬購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$8,916。
